”ASAKUSA: CLOUD TRAILS OVER SENSŌ-JI TEMPLE”

This unique picture is capturing Asakusa’s landmark of excellence: the Sensō-ji temple, dedicated to Guanyin, the Buddhist Goddess of Mercy. The temple is the most widely visited spiritual site worldwide, with over 30 million visitors annually. At the very moment of the shot, Tokyo’s radiant blue skies exacerbate magnificent cloud trails over the temple’s roof, thereby directionally as well as unintentionally putting forward the incredible architectural edges of the holy place.
