Almas is 21 years old. She tattooed a heart on her hand after being taken captive by the ISIS. When the ISIS soldiers found out about this tattoo on her hand, they forced her to tattoo the phrase of "Allahu Akbar" which is an Islamic phrase, meaning "God is greater", it is an important phrase among the Muslims. After escaping from the ISIS bases, she distorted this mandatory tattoo using ash and milk.
