Aspen trees are one of my favorite subjects. They exhibit, beauty and grace in every season. Using a shutter speed of 0.3 seconds and panning down parallel to the aspen trunk, I shot this on a cloudy evening in an aspen forest in Colorado in fall. I spent a good bit of time experimenting with the settings and thoroughly enjoyed myself.
