18th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Travel
At the Foot of Galata Tower
Street musicians seem to be a part of Turkish culture. Every time I saw them, their audience was happy to spend a couple of minutes listening to the melody. I guess playing violin for 10 minutes they earn more than working an hour in the office.
