The name of the picture, Atlante, comes from the mythological creature that holds the weight of the world over his shoulder: the bleak alien-like rock acts as a "tiny planet" of sort. We humans are either small creatures on top of a giant or the giant on top of the world, catching a glimpse of sublime that is just beyond our reach
