ATLAS Comet over Nebraska cornfield
In 2024 the ATLAS comet was visible to many people. In eastern Nebraska, a great way to spot the comet was to go just after sunset to a cornfield outside of town where there was less light pollution and fewer obstructions to try to catch a glimpse. This photo was taken in Papillion, Nebraska from the edge of a cornfield.
