Autumn Glow

I was hiking the Flume Trail high above Lake Tahoe. It was a cool, crisp day and you could smell Autumn in the air. As I was making my descent during the golden hour, I came upon a grove of Aspen Trees shimmering in the fading light. The sun shining through their translucent leaves made for an amazing effect. It was as if the trees were luminescent or glowing. The warm sunlight and golden colors of the changing leaves almost was enough to warm the crisp air that surrounded them. I was so fortunate to capture that beautiful moment with my iPhone 6!
