This is a photo at the Geroldsee near Mittenwald, Germany. When I lived in Germany I had a chaotic and demanding job that didn't allow for much peace, and so whenever I had a chance I would come to this place to sit and think. The mountain range in the background is the Karwendel and beneath the towering peaks sits the town of Mittenwald.
