As soon as Sae-hyun finished school, we went to the sea to making artwork. After making a conceptual work titled ‘Self-Timer’ on an autumn day, Sae-hyun insisted on getting it in the sea, even in pretty chilly weather. Despite the opposition of his grandfather, he went into the sea and enjoyed 'deviation'. Among the many photos taken that day, I chose this one because of Sae-hyun lying on the sea and looking at the sky, and the scene where light splits from the cloudy sky and the light creates cracks in the clouds.
