They do this to make appeal to the people who may be interest in renting this place. Without new tenants, these places usually becomes the resting place for the tech-based motorcycle taxi drivers - a job that become booming in Vietnam recent years. Overall, this scene pretty much sums up the economic situation of Vietnam in 2023.
