Iran is a beautiful country which I am so proud to have been able to see. It was my first time their and my dad has not been home in 22 years. It was also my moms first time as well. I am American/Iranian and I had a list of places to photograph and the Azadi Tower was one of them. It is the main monument in Tehran that is a must see. It was built in 1971 and comprised of eight thousand white marble block.
