BACKLIT BLACK BACKS

ATURE AS ART – RIM LIGHTING - BLACK BACKED JACKAL AND PUP IN EARLY MORNING BACK-LIGHT. How we see is often more important than what we see. The abstract is often more compelling than the obvious. And ultimately, photography is painting with light. The muse may be different, but the art we create through visual poetry is capable of transcending genres, boundaries, languages and cultures. Photograph of black backed jackal (Canis mesomelas) made at Masai Mara in October 2018.
