13th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
Backyard Magnolia in Bloom, Sanford Florida
Two mature 25 foot plus Magnolia trees boarder our deck on both corners in our back yard. It is middle April and they are beginning to bloom. The blooms are huge, creamy white and don't reveal the colorful inner flower until fully bloomed.
