BACKYARD STORY

Fatema and Fahad are playing in the backyard of their house. Their father Faruk is a rickshaw-puller. The backyard of this poverty ridden slum area depicts the texture of sub continental life and environment. Joyful children are enjoying to play with the vehicle of their rickshaw-puller father. It is mentionable that many people under poverty line in Bangladesh lives from rickshaw pulling. It is a very toilsome job. Moreover, they live in unhygienic residence; humid, fragile and dirty. The next generation is also growing up into these. Only god knows what is written in their fate. But who cares. They are happy in playing in the backyard. They made the place joyous.
