I was apart of a mission trip to the Bahamas in 2015. We lived on a boat for a week and a half sailing to islands to help with hurricane Joaquin relief and aid. This was taken the second night sailing but the first sunset of our trip. It was just awe-inspiring to realize the beauty of the world around us as well as how much can be taken for granted in our everyday life. Sustainable travel to me is the ability to capture the world around me in a way that inspires others to get out and see more. For me I want to travel to see the world but help others at the same time. To appreciate life and everything it throws at me because someone out there always has it a little bit worse. I want to travel to free my mind and just escape into the beauty the world offers because its a crazy world that should be seen,
