Bahurupi - Folk Culture in India

"Bahu" means "Many" and "Rupi" means "Form". A Bahurupi is a street performer in India dressed up in various Hindu Mythological character. Kumar Rakesh (The little boy in this photo) is one of Bahurupi artist. Bahurupi performs in public places. Kumar Rakesh performs Hindu Mythological character "Lord Shiva".
