Baking Lavash
Baking lavash, an Armenian traditional thing bread, is a labor-intensive process. Especially in rural regions, where people don't have access to tap water and have to carry it from local springs. Here, women of Bagaran village, located on the closed border with Turkey, are pictured. Their neighbor came in to help out and watch the children while women are busy baking.
