There is place in Central Florida called Joe Overstreet Landing, located in Kenansville, Florida, on the shore of Lake Kissimmee. It is home to several mating pairs of Bald Eagles. I go there several times a year to photograph the eagles as they gather material for their nests, hunt for food, or just interact with each other. This Male Bald Eagle came down from his low perch in Live Oak tree to gather some nesting material on the ground.
