I was riding on a tour boat on Kent Lake In Kensington Metropark. They have a mating pair of adult bald eagles that have been in the park for the last few years, that have given birth to at least 5 eaglets over the last three years, including this one. When the eaglets are still in the nest there is a good chance that you will get to see both adults.
