Anchor Point is my favorite place to photograph Bald Eagles, in all the places I have visited so far on my Alaskan adventures over the past three years. I was extremely lucky to find this Baldie who was very comfortable with my presence and let me photograph her in quite a few different poses. This and future images submitted from this set, were all shot at 1200mm, keeping a safe and ethical distance from my subject.
