Bath of Youth

After a long and exciting 5-hour journey through the Caucasus foothills in Southern Russia in the vicinity of the village of Guamka, climbing mountain ranges, climbing into caves and grottos and passing through dry autumn canyons, I was very surprised and delighted when I saw a font with crystal clear water in the stone bowl of a dried-up waterfall. A small mountain stream flowed over the rocks into this stone bowl and overflowed over the edge of this tub. I got into this bath of Youth with great enthusiasm. To tell the truth, the water was very cold and I didn't stay there long, although I managed to relax and enjoy myself. But when I got out, the fatigue disappeared and the body was covered with a pleasant heat - I realized that the rejuvenation effect really works!
