Bear competition for fishing territory with retreat of the encroaching bear, Brooks Falls, AK
There was a dearth of salmon at June's end at Brooks Falls with great competitive action amongst bears for prime fishing territories. A stand-off occurred between two bears. The winner shooed the invader away prompting it to retreat to the hilly water's edge.
