Cordoba is one of my favourite cities in Spain. It is beautiful and rich in terms of history. It was Roman during the Roman Republic and it was then conquered by the Islamic Emirate in the year 711. It has plenty of monuments that mark these cultures. Pictured here you can see the Roman Bridge over the Guadalquivir river and just next to it you can see the famous Mezquita de Cordoba (Cordoba Mosque).
