The Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel in Bella Vista, Arkansas, was built by her family to honor her love of nature and deep spirituality. Designed by architect E. Fay Jones, (a student of Frank Lloyd Wright), the chapel is open to the public daily; visits are free. Steel Gothic beams support walls and ceiling of glass, giving the inside a feeling of wonderment, as in nature. I feel peaceful in this beautifully designed space.
