On a visit to Japan I was booked on an internal flight from Tokyo to Osaka. Having been assigned my seat on the right-hand side of the plane I was placed into the middle seat. Although not being able to speak Japanese I was able to converse with the lady next to me to let me have the window seat. Not long after takeoff the captain announced that if we looked out of the right hand side then Mount Fuji was visible.
