This photo was taken as I was walking through the ruins of one of my favourite historical sites, Pompeii. I passed this hole and the wall and couldn't help but look through. The way the pillars were lying down so nicely on the grass and how the wall looked broken yet timeless behind them during sunset was so pretty to me that I couldn't help but take this shot.
