This school is kind of a sad story. It was abandoned in a rougher part of the city. Sat vacant for a while. Then it was purchased and was being renovated to be a community center. Then scrappers stole all of the window frames. It played abandoned again. Then rumors started that it was going to be renovated again. Thats when it got completely trashed by graf artists. It is apparently still going to be renovated... We'll see.
