Binding organic oats in Iowa.
Draft-horses working hard at binding oats. The oats are put up by hand to dry. A few days later there was a threshing party with old tractors and lots of hands to feed the threshing machine. My father-in-law owns the field and my horses will be enjoying the dry oats this winter.
