Birds flock to a toddler at a Pennsylvania zoo.
Sitting on her father's shoulders, Zadie Garcia-Lipoff, 3, holds out a cone of fruit pieces to several sun parakeets in a special enclosure at a Pennsylvania zoo. Though many children there shied away from feeding the birds, Zadie was curious and fearless.
