Bundala is one of the national parks in Sri Lanka which is one of the best birds watching location. It consists of marshes, lagoons & sand dunes and invites thousands of migratory birds worldwide, to escape the winter. These birds were flying over a one of the five lagoons in the park. A temple (which is an iconic part of the Sri Lankan culture is also can be seen over the lagoon).
