Yellowstone National Park. After being nearly extinct bison now thrive in Yellowstone. We were driving on the snow covered roads of Yellowstone looking into the vast white plains hoping to spot a fox or a coyote hunting when we came across a large number of bison walking along the road. They were very calm and relaxed. Suddenly another car appeared and two of the bison got spooked and started running towards us. I could hear the sound of their hoofs hitting the ground muffled by snow.
