When I was in high school most of the pictures I took were of animals. I was still trying to figure out my style of photographs. A couple days before my birthday I decided to go to the DC zoo because my dad and I can't afford to travel to extravagant places. Nearing the end of the day we went to the American wildlife section. One of the first animals I saw was an American Bison calf that was a year old. I had only seen Bisons in documentaries so I was surprised by how big it was.
