Black-Capped Chickadee

These tiny, friendly birds always amaze me. They over-winter and thrive during the cold months. This one was awaiting it's turn at a feeder one cold winter morning. I was photographing with hand warmers, foot warmers and plenty of layers, while this little bird had only it's feathers for protection. Nature never ceases to amaze and thrill me.
