I raise Monarch butterflies and have also raised Black Swallowtails, Painted Ladies, Question Marks, and other butterfly species. This Black Swallowtail cat was in our garden happily munching away on our parsley! I thought it best to bring him into a rearing cage so others in my household wouldn't be shocked to see him if they harvested any herbs.
