This photograph has been taken while I was trying to find my way towards a conference of space medicine. As an anthropologist working on human spaceflight, I was attending this event in Zvenigorod – Moscow Oblast, May 2017 – and was amazed by the beauty of those deserted streets. The neighborhood is extremely poor but nature is absolutely amazing there.
