Blowing Bubbles

The oceanic manta rays at Revillagigedos are attracted by the bubbles made by the scuba divers. From afar, they would gently glide towards above the divers to let the bubbles tickle their belly. In this picture, the dive guide demonstrated how to ‘call’ a manta ray over. He flipped himself over and exhaled. Sure enough, the manta ray swam over to enjoy a Jacuzzi moment. A trailing school of clarion angel fish hoping for a meal of the parasites on the manta also made the photo more interesting.
