The blue Jay looked a bit disgruntled as it had been raining earlier that day and as you can see his chest feathers are wet but he is still handsome, regardless. We are lucky to have Blue Jays year around to eat at our feeders in our backyard where they like black oiled sunflower bird seed and suet. I shot this image in May shortly before noon in our backyard this past spring of 2022 while he was waiting for his turn to get on the feeder.
