Blue Jay in the Hoarfrost

Fog is very common here in Central Indiana, and it is absolutely beautiful when the temperature is below freezing. My bird feeder is a popular place, especially in the Winter. This Bluejay is sitting in the frosty River Birch Tree overlooking the feeder waiting his turn. The rising sun lit him up perfectly to create a magical portrait that looks as cold as it was!
