Once this bird used to be a regular visitor of this papaya tree. Most of the time, it used to visit during the afternoons and I can remember, I used to wait to get a glance of this bird. The papaya tree, jack tree and the java apple tree, located right next to my window, were among the most favourite places of this bird. When I saw this bird for the first time, it made me wonder and later I found its name on the Internet. Though it used to visit almost every day, it didn't always allow me to capture its beauty. I have captured a lot of photographs of this Blue Throated Barbet, but this one is my most favourite.
