A summer trip I took to the Lake District coincided with an almost unprecedented stretch of warm, dry, sunny weather. And, since my trip was in late June / early July, the days were very long, which was great for maximizing each day. This photo was taken in the early evening, but it was still perfectly sunny and bright. Golden hour seemed to go on and on.
