The community of Bombay Beach, located along the shores of the Salton Sea in California, was once a thriving place with beach clubs, night clubs and other resort type activities. These days it is little more than a ghost town with the exception of being a popular place for artists to come and express themselves. All along the beach, and in the lake, one can find a number of installation art works.
