13th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World

One of the most popular flowers during the summer is the Blue Borage which attracts countless different pollinators. Even though the Borage requires heavy pollinators such as the bumblebee to release its pollen via buzz-pollination, the small solitary bee still happy to feed on it.
