I work with rescued and endangered wildlife in Sarawak, Borneo.This false gharial was rescued from a near by Bornean village and taken to Matang Wildlife Centre for rehabilitation where it will hopefully one day be released back to the wild. The false gharial is listed as a totally endangered species and faces extinction.
