I love this shot. It is not a typical one for me as I do more close up shots. This photos shows just a small snapshot of the activity going on. In the foreground, ducks are feeding, sand hill cranes are landing for the night and there are snow geese about to land. A juvenile eagle sits in the dead tree. Waiting...What an experience this was to see so much nature in one place!
