In Iran, people, due to the formal propaganda about Hijab, a large number of women have to be tightly wrapped up in black, Islamic Hijab. In this sense, there seems to be little difference between a woman and a parrot in a cage because are both prisoners. The woman looks at the parrot sympathetically, while she is a captive herself.
