16th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Mobile
Bridge Over Duck Pond
This is a wonderful little bridge in our local park beside Mobile Bay. It is home to quite a number of ducks and geese (not pictured). There are mysterious looking cypress trees and their roots all around. The locals call these roots "cypress knees".
