21st Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
Broken

While sailing in the Weddell sea, this tabular iceberg drew my attention because of its broken upper corner, which reminded me of the broken climate that makes the ice shelves calve icebergs and lose mass at a higher pace every year.
