Buck in Rut I was heading to the Mission Marsh to take some photos of large bucks. I noticed off to my right that a buck was running through the bush. I had an idea where he was going to come out so I proceeded there and got out of my truck. As I headed in that direction I noticed an adult doe was in front of me also looking down the abandoned tracks at this buck. She took off behind me, the buck saw her and headed for her which was right in front of me. The sun was perfect in that one spot. I took one shot and that was it, he was gone.
