Buckwheat
My son planted Buckwheat as a nurse crop for Crimson Clover that will bloom next Spring. Both crops are cover crops for his organic farming operation in north central Indiana. He raises organic Alfalfa, corn, and soybeans. Planting cover crops enriches and protects the soil naturally, and the wildlife absolutely love it!
