Buffalo National River

The Buffalo National River was the first national river to be designated in the United States. This area can be crowded with swimmers and canoes in the warmer temperatures, but on this chilly fall day it had a feeling of isolation. There were still a few campers there to enjoy the beauty which knows no season.
